Where does Nuvina deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
The estimated total delivery time is 4–11 business days from the date the order is placed, including processing.
Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking may take a short time to become active after dispatch. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
This can happen when items are prepared or dispatched from different fulfilment locations. Each parcel may have its own tracking number, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to request a cancellation or delivery-address change.
We will make every reasonable effort to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Contact support@nuvinahome.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide the relevant return instructions.
The product should be unused, in a resalable condition and returned with all included parts and accessories. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.
Who pays for return delivery?
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the actual return delivery cost.
If an item is confirmed as damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, Nuvina will cover the reasonable return delivery cost or provide suitable return instructions.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To order a different product, colour or variation, return the original item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order separately.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos showing the problem
The 48-hour request does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
When will I receive my refund?
Nuvina aims to issue approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, and no later than 14 days after the returned item is received.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
